| Twenty years of polite requests for legal access to the Green Mountain
National Forest trails and roads is finally finding some positive signs
from the Forest stewards. Thanks to VMBA for organizing a voice for the Government to talk to. The few legal trails are set to expand in the Moosalamoo region since it was designated as a national recreation area last year. Good job studying, you Forest people. Hope we did not rush you too much, 20 years and all. I am so happy that you now have a plan. Whew. Maps are available at the Ranger station just north of Rochester on Rt 100. At least they should be... Hopefully we will have more to tell you about this this summer. |
